Bishop Alandrus Spencer founded Touching Lives Ministry, Inc. in January 2006 after the approval of God.

The mission of Touching Lives Ministry will be to seek out the lost, and the broken at heart, the poor and all those who want to have a relationship with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. We intend to change and empower lives through the word of God. The Bible is the inspired word of God, a revelation from God to men, the infallible word, rule of faith, and conduct, and superior to conscience and reason, but not contrary to reason. Our mission is also that of the great commission, caring for the souls of mankind. We will share our sincere testimony on how God changed our lives, and how we overcame and how we are still overcoming obstacles.

Bishop Spencer intends to keep the message simple and considers himself as one that God has chosen to encourage people through the word of God.
